Our church has acquired the property next door to the church formerly known
as Dr. Eagles' home. It will be turned into the long-awaited off-street
parking lot our church has needed for so long. We will keep you abreast of
the progress right here!

We begin with photos taken by Liz Cooper (a member of our church) of Liz
Cooper Photography of a controlled burn by the Louisburg Fire Department as
phase one of the removal of the house from the property. We will add photos
as the parking lot project moves along.

Our church observed the groundbreaking of our new off-street parking lot on
Sunday evening, August 15th. Breaking ground are from left to right Pastor,
Reggie Rushing; Building and Grounds Chair, Karl Pernell; Deacon Chair, Mary
Eason; and Advisory Board Chair, Lynda Lumpkin. We are looking forward to
the completion of our parking lot in the not too distant future!

The parking lot is now finished and beautifully landscaped. How nice to have off-street parking, at last!
