Friendship Sunday:

Louisburg Baptist Church has welcomed 24 new members to our church family since our last Friendship Sunday a year ago! Friendship Sunday is sponsored by our deacons each year as a way to give another enthusiastic welcome to all of our new members. These most recent members are formally introduced during our worship service, and then everyone is invited to our fellowship hall for a wonderful crock pot lunch. The traditional comfort foods that warm up a cold wintry day seasoned with fine fellowship are served up. Soups, stews, chili, spaghetti, chicken and dumplings, anything that cooks up in a crock pot might very well be on that buffet line! What a great time we have as we all get to know each other better!
